Missions · Reaching the World for Christ

New Holland is fully committed to actively sharing the gospel of Christ. We support mission work around the world through the International Mission Board and across North America through the North American Mission Board. We support mission efforts across the state of Georgia through the Georgia Baptist Convention and in the Hall County area through the Chattahoochee Baptist Association. New Holland is always ready and willing to serve the needs around us as well as sending mission groups where needs arise. If you would like to be part of a mission team, please contact the church office.

Samaritan's Purse

Samaritan’s Purse sends gift-filled Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes to children in need around

the world together with the message of the

Gospel of Jesus Christ.

New Holland is actively involved in Operation Christmas Child with Samaritan’s Purse each year. We collect items each month for boys and girls ages 2-14. In the fall we have two packing parties for volunteers to pick from to help us fill all the shoeboxes. We have been able to pack over 600 shoeboxes for children all over the world the past several years. It is all because of the many donations from our church members and our community that help us send hope, love, and the Good News to these children.

How to Get Involved

Everyone can help! Start by collecting items listed each month and bring to the church, donate monetarily to help get items needed, join us at one of our packing parties to fill all the shoeboxes, and pray over these boxes and the children who will be receiving them!

When Items are collected

Items are collected year round. Each month specific items are listed to be collected. You can donate items to New Holland by bringing them to the church office or place them in one of the collection bins around the church.

What We Collect

Toys, school supplies, and hygiene products for boys and girls ages 2-14 are collected to fill the shoeboxes. Items will be listed in the bulletin, the newsletter, and on Facebook each month.
